Out of Bounds Effect in Photoshop Elements Tutorial

Sometimes there really isn’t a point to what you can do in photo editing programs like Photoshop Elements, it’s more for the “hey that’s neat” factor. The out of bounds effect in Photoshop Elements falls into that category for me. It’s nothing I would EVER do for a client without a specific request but it looks kinda cool for things like yearbooks and trading cards for young athletes. Besides, it’s something new to try right?
